    patch 8.2.1574: Vim9: glob() doesnot take "true" as argument

    Problem:    Vim9: glob() doesnot take "true" as argument.
    Solution:   Use tv_get_bool_chk(). (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6821)
