patch 9.1.0179: 'wincolor' highlight missing with "below" virtual text
Problem: 'wincolor' highlight missing with "below" virtual text.
Solution: Subtract n_attr_skip from n_attr. Combine 'wincolor' with
other highlights when 'nowrap' is set. (zeertzjq)
