patch 9.0.0647: the 'splitscroll' option is not a good name
Problem: The 'splitscroll' option is not a good name.
Solution: Rename 'splitscroll' to 'splitkeep' and make it a string option,
also supporting "topline". (Luuk van Baal, closes #11258)
