patch 8.2.2328: some test files may not be deleted
Problem: Some test files may not be deleted.
Solution: Add a delete() call, correct name. (Dominique Pell?, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/7654)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
