patch 8.0.1680: memory allocated by libvterm is not profiled
Problem: Memory allocated by libvterm does not show up in profile.
Solution: Pass allocater functions to vterm_new().

The autoload directory is for standard Vim autoload scripts. These are functions used by plugins and for general use. They will be loaded automatically when the function is invoked.
