patch 8.0.1588: popup menu hangs after typing CTRL-C
Problem: Popup menu hangs after typing CTRL-C.
Solution: Make CTRL-C exit the loop. (Ozaki Kiichi, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/2697)
