updated for version 7.3.1153 Problem: New regexp engine: Some look-behind matches are very expensive. Solution: Pospone invisible matches further, until a match is almost found.

When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim.
See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory.

If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
