patch 8.1.1082: "Conceal" match is mixed up with 'hlsearch' match.
Problem: "Conceal" match is mixed up with 'hlsearch' match.
Solution: Check that a match is found, not a 'hlsearch' item. (Andy
Massimino, closes #4073)
