patch 8.2.1335: CTRL-C in the GUI doesn't interrupt
Problem: CTRL-C in the GUI doesn't interrupt. (Sergey Vlasov)
Solution: Recognize "C" with CTRL modifier as CTRL-C. (issue https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6565)
