patch 8.1.1614: 'numberwidth' can only go up to 10
Problem: 'numberwidth' can only go up to 10.
Solution: Allow up to 20. (Charlie Stanton, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/4584)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
