updated for version 7.3.1073 Problem: New regexp engine may run out of states. Solution: Allocate states dynamically. Also make the test report errors.

When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim.
See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory.

If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
