patch 8.2.0952: no simple way to interrupt Vim
Problem: No simple way to interrupt Vim.
Solution: Add the SigUSR1 autocommand, triggered by SIGUSR1. (Jacob Hayes,
closes #1718)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
