patch 8.2.2906: ASAN reports errors for test_startup
Problem: ASAN reports errors for test_startup for unknown reasons.
Solution: Temporarily disable the new test.

The autoload directory is for standard Vim autoload scripts. These are functions used by plugins and for general use. They will be loaded automatically when the function is invoked.
