Addresses https://github.com/vim/vim/pull/14199#issuecomment-1999732062. This will be fixed more generally when there is context-sensitive matching for commands and functions. When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim.
See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory.

If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
