patch 8.2.0417: Travis CI config can be improved
Problem: Travis CI config can be improved.
Solution: Remove COVERAGE variable. Add load-snd-dummy script. add "-i NONE"
to avoid messages about viminfo. (Ozaki Kiichi, closes #5813)
