patch 8.2.1007: completion doesn't work after ":r ++arg !"
Problem: Completion doesn't work after ":r ++arg !".
Solution: Skip over "++arg". (Christian Brabandt, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/6275,
closes #6258)
