patch 8.2.0835: Motif: mapping <C-bslash> still doesn't work
Problem: Motif: mapping <C-bslash> still doesn't work.
Solution: Accept CSI for K_SPECIAL. Do not apply CTRL to the character
early. (closes #6150)
