Problem: Expression in command block does not look after NL.
Solution: Skip over NL to check what follows. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/10358)

The autoload directory is for standard Vim autoload scripts. These are functions used by plugins and for general use. They will be loaded automatically when the function is invoked.
