patch 8.0.0461: test 45 hangs on MS-Windows
Problem: Test 45 hangs on MS-Windows.
Solution: Reset 'shiftwidth'. Also remove redundent function.

Test for jumping to a tag with 'hidden' set, with symbolic link in path of tag. This only works for Unix, because of the symbolic link.
