Problem: Vim9: cannot assign to a global variable on the command line.
Solution: Allow using :vim9cmd for assignment on the command line.

The autoload directory is for standard Vim autoload scripts. These are functions used by plugins and for general use. They will be loaded automatically when the function is invoked.
