Problem: The ruler shows "Bot" even when there are only filler lines
missing. (Gary Johnson)
Solution: Use "All" when the first line and one filler line are visible.

Inserts 10000 lines with text to fill the swap file with two levels of pointer blocks. Then recovers from the swap file and checks all text is restored.
