patch 8.2.0044: expression type is used inconsistently
Problem: Expression type is used inconsistently.
Solution: Add "ETYPE_IS" and "ETYPE_ISNOT" as separate enum values. Rename
"TYPE_" to "ETYPE_" to avoid confusion.
