Problem: Using ":echo" to output enough lines to scroll, then using "j" and
"k" at the more prompt, displays the command on top of the output.

Tests Blockwise Visual when there are TABs before the text. First test for undo working properly when executing commands from a register. Also test this in an empty buffer.
