patch 8.0.0620: checking for HAVE_GTK_MULTIHEAD is not needed

HAVE_GTK_MULTIHEAD is no longer needed.
Solution: Remove HAVE_GTK_MULTIHEAD. (Kazunobu Kuriyama)
