patch 7.4.715 Problem: Invalid memory access when there are illegal bytes. Solution: Get the length from the text, not from the character. (Dominique Pelle)

When you use the source distribution, "make install" is used to install Vim.
See the "INSTALL" file in the "src" directory.

If you use a compiled package, follow the instructions for the package.
