patch 8.2.0359: popup_atcursor() may hang
Problem: popup_atcursor() may hang. (Yasuhiro Matsumoto)
Solution: Take the decoration into account. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/5728)

At that time it was outdated and unused. If you would like to bring Farsi support back, please have a look at the old Farsi code, as it was present at the 8.1 release.
