patch 8.1.1279: cannot set 'spellang' to "sr@latin"
Problem: Cannot set 'spellang' to "sr@latin". (Bojan Stipic)
Solution: Allow using '@' in 'spellang'. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/4342)
