patch 8.2.0810: error when appending "tagfile" to 'wildoptions'
Problem: Error when appending "tagfile" to 'wildoptions'.
Solution: use flags P_ONECOMMA and P_NODUP. (Dmitri Vereshchagin,
closes #6105)
