patch 8.0.1848: 'termwinscroll' does not work properly
Problem: 'termwinscroll' does not work properly. (Dominique Pelle)
Solution: Subtract removed scrollback from the scrollback count. Add a test
for 'termwinscroll'. (closes #2909)
