patch 8.2.1836: autocmd test fails on pacifist systems
Problem: Autocmd test fails on pacifist systems.
Solution: Check that /bin/kill exists. (James McCoy, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/7117)
Tune the timing, make the autocmd test run faster.
