runtime(Filelist): remove coveralls, move runtime/lang/Make_mvc.mak (https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/13790)
- File coveralls.yml removed from $(SRC_ALL), in patch 9.0.1752 (https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/12851)
- runtime/lang/Make_mvc.mak moved from $(LANG_DOS) to $(RT_DOS)
