patch 8.2.2361: Vim9: no highlight for "s///gc" when using 'opfunc'
Problem: Vim9: no highlight for "s///gc" when using 'opfunc'.
Solution: Reset 'lazyredraw' temporarily. (closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/7687)
