patch 9.0.1141: 'cursorcolumn' and 'colorcolumn' wrong after concealing
Problem: 'cursorcolumn' and 'colorcolumn' wrong after concealing and
wrapping line.
Solution: Reset "wlv.vcol_off" after each screen line. (Alexey Radkov,
closes #11777)
