patch 8.1.1999: calling both PlaySoundW() and PlaySoundA()
Problem: Calling both PlaySoundW() and PlaySoundA().
Solution: Only use PlaySoundW(). (Dan Thompson, closes https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/4903)
